ROOTS POD Academy CIC was established after a pilot workshop in 2017. We were quickly adopted by the local community and have run business start-up and branding workshops with the support of local Councils, colleges, schools, business enterprises and community groups. As well as, an array of business owners sharing their expertise. In 2018, our first year, we were nominated for the Community Organisation Award at the National Diversity Awards.

Our workshops offer valuable life skills and confidence-building exercises that are beneficial for all young individuals, regardless of their entrepreneurial aspirations.

These skills, including goal-setting, resilience-building, and entrepreneurial behaviors, are highly transferable and applicable to various career paths, including corporate environments where the demand for intrapreneurial skills is increasing.

We discourage labels and prioritize creating an environment where everyone's unique perspectives and experiences are valued and respected.
